Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet the customers with “ Bienvenido’s” and a smile
- Entering food orders using cash register POS System
- Handling Cash and credit transactions.
- Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift, Accept cash and return the correct change.
- Maintain a well-stocked salsa bar, drink cup lids, and napkins before and after shift, Clean dining room, and cashier station
- Maintain Beverage Fridges stocked and clean
- Upsell products Sides, Drinks, Aguas Frescas, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and follow all food safety and Health & safety guidelines
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Take pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Completes other duties as assigned by the MOD( Manager on Duty)
Requirements
- Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good math skills
- Basic PC knowledge
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Ability to multitask and prioritize task
Hourly rate = $18/hr. + tips
