We are looking for a Junior Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements, as well as taking initiatives beyond requirements.
In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for visual detail. If you are passionate about design and are eager to learn more through various projects, we’d like to meet you.
You goal will be to create impactful designs that enables our company and client success.
Responsibilities
- Manage design requests across multiple projects and clients
- Work directly with clients on defining tasks, resources, and timeline from concept to completion
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
- Produce final design solutions (e.g. logos, banners, interfaces)
- Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects
- Collaborate with team members to launch designs
- Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects
- Use feedback from leaders to improve work
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (2-3 years)
- Experience with design & prototyping software (e.g. Sketch App, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, InVision, or the like)
- Familiar with design principles and techniques
- Understanding of visual elements (layout and type)
- Excellent communication
- A keen eye for detail
- Good time-management skills
- Portfolio with at least 2-3 works to showcase
