Contract Administrator

The Customer Contract Administrator can be responsible for many duties and tasks and understands how those roles function between all departments.  The role will work closely with all other administration staff and Sales to review and develop approved quotes into Jobs, process billing and take an active role in resolving AR issues.  This position can work independently and maintains that all departmental operations are completed on time, while delivering the highest quality of service is delivered to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions:

• Billing / Invoicing functions for the Inspections Department
• Supports Sales and Customers with reporting information
• Review approved quotes for Job review and creation
• Review and enter Contracts
• Handles incoming calls from customers as well as e-mail correspondence
• Provide support as needed to all Wayman employees and Managers as needed.
• Applies all FM fees and uploads to all customer Service Portals
• Involved in AR disputes, credits and reviews with Dept Manager

Competencies:

• Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills
• Detail oriented, focused and a self-starter
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with computers for a variety of tasks

• Prior experience in Life Safety Industry (1-3 years), preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a Customer Service role (2-5 years)
• Prior experience in an administrative role supporting multiple people (2-5 years)
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
