Position Summary
The Dispensary Associate serves as a frontline representative of Windy City Cannabis, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily dispensary operations. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, educating customers on available products, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and state regulations.
Successful candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
