Weatherford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver to join the Artificial Lift Team in Dickinson, North Dakota.

Job Overview:

The Driver performs advanced heavy-duty driving operations with limited supervision, providing guidance to less experienced drivers and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Execute complex transport tasks requiring advanced driving skills.

• Serve as an informal resource for junior drivers, offering technical guidance.

• Identify and resolve atypical operational challenges using established procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.

• Monitor vehicle performance and recommend maintenance actions.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma, GED, vocational/trade school certification (such as City & Guilds or ITI), or an equivalent qualification.
