Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer – Well Completion Products (WCP) to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced mechanical systems for the Oil & Gas industry. This senior technical leadership role is responsible for driving product innovation, performing advanced engineering analysis, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with API, ISO, and customer requirements. The successful candidate will lead new product development initiatives while providing technical guidance across the complete product lifecycle.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge Well Completion Products, lead global engineering projects, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to the development of reliable, high-performance downhole technologies.
