Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s quality management systems, including ISO and API standards.
Support quality activities and compliance requirements for the Product Line Cementation business.
Translate, review, and proofread quality management system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders regarding quality matters, including the global quality team, customers, and regulatory bodies.
Assist in the investigation, reporting, and handling of quality incidents and accidents, including monitoring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Track, monitor, and manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality management activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience or knowledge of ISO and API quality management systems is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in the oil & gas or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of corrective and preventive action processes (CAPA) and quality auditing principles is an advantage.
