Order Fulfillment Warehouse Associate

In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: We offer a 4 day 10 hours shift: Monday–Friday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm; 8:30 am- 7:00 pm; 10:00 am - 7:00 or Tuesday - Saturday: Tues 8:30am-7pm Wed -Fri 10:30am-7pm Sat 8am-2pm (Please note that not all shifts may be available upon hire.)
Compensation: $18.00/hour

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Pick and pack pre-packaged medications quickly and accurately
• Print and apply prescription labels while ensuring pharmacy compliance
• Use scanners and software systems to process and verify orders
• Prepare shipments including packing slips, labels, and packaging materials
• Ship orders through UPS, USPS, or designated courier services
• Maintain high standards for order accuracy, quality, and productivity
• Assist with inventory receiving and basic warehouse tasks when needed
• Identify issues, communicate with the team, and help resolve problems quickly

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to obtain a NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you!)
•  Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
