WeightNot is seeking professional, energetic Inside Sales Representative to support its nationwide expansion. The position will be based in the WeightNot headquarters office in Vienna, VA
Primary Duties Include:
- Provide information and counseling to Prospective Members through phone consultations and online presentations.
- Determine customer needs and expectations in order to recommend program options.
- Screen Prospective Members to ensure their eligibility for the program
- Engage and enroll qualified individuals as Members after fully understanding their needs and matching those needs to the most suitable WeightNot program options.
- Accurately process customer transactions, orders, and quotes.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective and current WeightNot members to initiate and follow up on consultations.
- Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years inside sales or customer service experience. Experience in nutrition, fitness and/or wellness industries a plus.
- Possess the core competencies and behaviors of an inside sales and client representative, including: understanding customer needs, closing sales and maintaining customer relationships, and leveraging client needs into sales.
- Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and communicate empathetically.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently and set own priorities and tasks.
