About the role: 

We are seeking a Senior Officer / Officer to join the Account Operations team, supporting endtoend customer account lifecycle activities with a strong focus on KYC, AML controls, operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance. 

The role plays a frontline execution function in account onboarding, periodic review, triggerevent handling, and account maintenance, working closely with Financial Crime, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable operations.

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Perform KYC review for individual customers during onboarding, periodic review and trigger events 
• Handle account maintenance and related operational tasks 
• Contact customers directly via outbound calls, emails or digital channels to obtain information and clarify discrepancies 
• Ensure proper documentation, system updates and compliance with internal policies 
• Support process improvement, workflow enhancement or automation initiatives when required 

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with checker or complex case exposure
• Customer contacting – must be comfortable communicating with customers directly
• Basic understanding of KYC / CDD requirements
• Able to work under pressure in a volume‑driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience with AI, automation or process transformation is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Account Operations
