The People Specialist (Assignment: Learning & Development Programs) supports and independently drives learning, leadership development, and team member development initiatives across WelbeHealth. This role serves as a key program partner responsible for helping coordinate, operationalize, iterate, and scale programs such as our New Supervisor Bootcamp, WelbeHealth Rounds learning for all, and other learning experiences that support team member growth, leadership development, and organizational capability The role will also support the curation and evolution of discretionary learning for all team members through WelbeHealth’s LMS ecosystem as the organization continues expanding its broader learning strategy. This role is highly collaborative and visible across the organization, requiring regular partnership with leadership, subject matter experts, and team members across markets and central teams.
