MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Regulatory Compliance Manager is primarily responsible for the determination, effectuation, coordination and completion of Meaningful Use Stage 3 and MIPS compliance for the company – reports directly to the company owner
• Secondary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate ordinary course internal audit processes, as well as work with the external audit team if/when that arises
Experience:
• Must have at least 1 year of prior experience with successful completion of Meaningful Use Stage 3 (preferred) or Modified Stage 2 in a leadership capacity
• Management in healthcare related field, oversight and coordination of, coordination and response/ follow-up preferred.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Technical skills: Improvement methodology skills, systems understand, facilitation and teaching skills, computer, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed
