Part Time Caregiver – Spokane, WA

A family in Spokane, WA 99223 is seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver for their elderly parents to provide companionship and general household support.

Schedule:

• Start date: Within the next few weeks
• Days/Hours: Flexible; 6 hours total per week
• Open to a consistent, long-term arrangement.

Family Specifications:

• Non-smoking household
• Home includes 1 cat
• Flexible scheduling options for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm companionship and engage in shared interests (for one or both clients)
• Assist with basic household tasks, including laundry and light housekeeping
• Help with simple meal preparation and light grocery needs
• Provide helpful medication reminders
• Assist with running errands and keeping the household organized

Requirements:

• Proven senior or adult caregiving experience
• Reliable personal transportation for errands
• Must be able to reliably commute, valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle
• Open to a consistent, long-term arrangement.

Preferred:

• Current CPR/First Aid certifications
• Willingness to assist with basic technology when needed (TV, phones, apps, etc.)

Compensation:

• $27 – $30 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement at the standard IRS rate
