What we're looking for The ideal candidate will have an interest in or past experience working in a manufacturing environment and enjoys working as part of team to get things done. Machine Operation: Set-up and production of various punching, rolling and welding machines to meet productivity and quality standards. Paint Line Operation: Identify the proper hanging and stacking pattern for each order Work with up to four (4) cell operators and a Team Leader to set-up the line and to hang, take off, and stack finished parts.
General: Follow prescribed operation sequence and assist the team in completion of all daily activities. Follow standard work instructions, including performing quality checks. Perform visual inspections to maintain quality standards Perform all operations within the cell and be interchangeable with other cell operators. Perform routine cleaning (i.e. dispose of scrap, wipe-down press and sweep area, etc.). Meet the attendance standards as state in the company attendance policy.
