About the roles:

Marketing Coordinator

A great opportunity for an early-career marketer looking to build broad experience across some of WA’s most recognised brands.

You’ll work across integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery, supporting creative development, media activity, reporting, research and activations.

You’ll get involved in:

• Supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Preparing creative and media briefs and coordinating multi-channel activity.
• Working with teams across the business to bring campaigns to life.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing post-campaign reports.
• Supporting budget administration and purchase orders.
• Researching market trends, customer behaviour and competitors.
• Supporting brand activations and events.

Digital Marketing Executive

For someone with a little more experience and a passion for all things digital, this role sits within our Audience & Digital Growth team and gives you the opportunity to own and execute digital campaigns across our portfolio.

You’ll work across acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing, with exposure to paid social, programmatic media, email & CRM and owned media channels.

You’ll get involved in:

• Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Owning smaller tactical campaigns from ideation through to execution.
• Building paid campaigns across Meta, Apple and other social media.
• Creating emails and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Coordinating creative assets and campaign schedules.
• Supporting acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing activity.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign and channel performance.
• Managing campaign budgets and owned media schedules.

About you:

You don’t necessarily need to tick every box. We’re interested in hearing from  people who are passionate about marketing and media and ready to continue building their career.

You’ll ideally bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital, media, business or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in campaign execution and delivery.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to develop and learn new skills and marketing platforms.
• For our Digital Marketing Executive opportunity, previous experience across digital marketing, paid social, CRM/email marketing or platforms such as Meta or Salesforce would be highly regarded.
