Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow within the legal field and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced personal injury environment. The Case Manager Assistant will work closely with Case Managers and Attorneys to support the day-to-day management of cases including client communication case organization and administrative support throughout the pre-litigation process.
Responsibilities Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure required documents are received Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progression Assist with preparing demand packages and other pre-litigation materials, as needed Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team
