The dedicated disclosure team has full oversight of all disclosure requests summited where covert assets have been utilised in an investigation.
Officers within the disclosure team are responsible for managing all such disclosure requests ensuring that the department’s disclosure obligations are properly discharged.
The team has responsibility for disclosure in both the criminal and civil arena. We work in partnership alongside other departments and partners including the Crown Prosecution Service.
The post is subject to successful completion of vetting to SC (Enhanced).
