Production Technician (Machine Operator) - Blow Molding

The Blow Mold Production Technician monitors automated production equipment, maintains supply of production materials, inspects parts, operates forklift, and various other tasks, all with a major emphasis on quality and safety. Duties/Responsibilities: Operates production machinery in accordance with specifications Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance Understands the processing aspects of equipment, performs quality checks, and reports any defects to shift Leadership and QA Performs bottle testing procedures and enters data into SPC collection center Makes processing adjustments to the machine as needed Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area Performs other related duties as assigned
