Responsible for equipment maintenance and improvement, ensuring machine utilization. Involved in equipment installation, troubleshooting major issues, training contract workers on SOPs, and supporting new product programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED:
PREFERRED:
Work on a 12-hour shift rotation.
Perform machine preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
SKILLS:
Capable of analyzing and providing detailed feedback on major equipment downtime, including chronological events and corrective actions taken.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.
Possess strong knowledge of Automation and Control Systems.
Act as the first line of response for unscheduled machine downtime and quality-related issues.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to support operational efficiency.
Able to respond to sudden changes and work effectively under pressure to restore machine operations within a short timeframe.
