Responsibilities:

• Execute DOT-compliant maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across the entire vehicle and equipment fleet.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to maximize fleet reliability and operational performance.

• Troubleshoot and repair critical vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, DEF/emissions systems, and HVAC.

• Utilize OEM diagnostic software to rapidly identify issues and streamline repairs.

• Uphold strict safety, organization, and cleanliness standards across the shop.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

• Strong communication skills with basic computer proficiency.

• Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a track record of reliable attendance.

• Proven ability to interpret and execute technical directions accurately.

• Physical Requirements: Capable of standing and walking for extended periods; regularly lifting up to 50 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
