Headquartered in Denver, CO, we are driven by our values of integrity, collaboration, alignment, growth, support, and relationships. Qualified candidates should demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles, a passion for performing financial analyses, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a positive attitude and desire to learn from others in a fast paced environment.
How You Will Spend Your Time
Roughly half of this role is quality of earnings (QofE) and financial due diligence — building the QofE databook, proof of cash, and payroll reconciliation that our lender relies on for every acquisition. The remaining half of your time will be spent supporting our Corporate Development team on front-end modeling, valuation, and purchase price structuring for targets we are evaluating. You'll see a deal from the first model through closing.
