We're looking for an exceptional people leader to join our Protect Data & Intelligence team as an Executive Manager, Data & Intelligence. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping intelligence-led outcomes that help protect our customers, communities and business.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'll represent Data & AI within a major delivery ecosystem, working across Fraud Risk, Financial Crime, Operations, Technology and Delivery teams to transform complex business challenges into actionable intelligence, advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

You'll lead talented Data Scientists, Analysts, Engineers and AI practitioners while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes that make a genuine difference.

Your core focus and responsibilities - 

• Representing Data & AI within a key strategic delivery program.
• Translating fraud, scam and financial crime priorities into intelligence-led use cases and data-driven solutions.
• Leading multidisciplinary Data & AI teams to deliver analytical products, intelligence capabilities and AI-enabled outcomes.
• Driving adoption of analytics and AI capabilities that support faster, smarter decision-making.
• Partnering with business, risk and technology stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
• Developing reusable Data, Analytics and AI assets that create value across the organisation.
• Championing innovation, responsible AI, governance, privacy and data quality.
• Building an inclusive and high-performing team culture where individuals can thrive and grow.

Key Ingredients for Success … 

• Solid corporate experience leading enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, AI or Intelligence initiatives.
• Experience translating fraud, scam, financial crime, business or risk requirements into analytical and data-driven solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, risk and technology environments.
• Experience leading teams across Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering or AI disciplines.
• A track record of influencing outcomes within large and complex organisations.
• Experience delivering practical, business-focused Data & AI solutions.
• The ability to bring people together around a common purpose and create lasting impact.
• Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and working experience within technology, transformation, banking or financial services environments.
