Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Design Staff Engineer to join our team. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. In this role, you will perform activities related to the site design of utility-scale solar projects. This work involves aiding in the design of civil infrastructure such as access roads and work pads. Along with the civil design, other work activities include permitting support and occasional field work. We are seeking an Engineer who shares our passion for high-quality production, client commitment, and a fast-paced work environment. This position will serve as a member of an integrated design team and be responsible for compiling civil design plan sets alongside other disciplines to meet project schedules and budgets, where clear and concise written and verbal communication is imperative. Requirements:

• Serve as a design team member supporting permitting, design, and construction of renewable energy projects.
• Use sound engineering judgment and adhere to ethical standards when evaluating, selecting, and applying standard technical procedures to complete project tasks.
• Gain foundational knowledge and develop engineering skills through mentored experiences.
• Coordinate with design team members to meet project milestones, contract requirements, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with design team members to uphold company standards and consistency.
