The Environmental Intern will join a team of scientists and consultants supporting environmental due diligence, permitting, and compliance for land development projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and mixed-use communities. Projects range from wetland delineations and threatened and endangered species assessments to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and stormwater permitting for developers, homebuilders, and municipalities. This position offers a direct opportunity to apply environmental science coursework to active land development projects.
As an Environmental Intern, the selected candidate will learn to apply regulatory frameworks in the review of proposed development sites and will assist Senior Scientists in the preparation of field data, technical reports, and permitting documentation.
