The Program Management Intern will join a firm-wide team responsible for project controls, scheduling, and delivery oversight across Westwood's Land, Renewables, Public Infrastructure, and Power markets. This position offers direct exposure to how multi-disciplinary engineering, surveying, and environmental projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time and on budget, working alongside project managers and discipline leads on projects ranging from single-site assignments to large, multi-phase programs for public and private clients.
As a Program Management Intern, the selected candidate will learn to apply project controls fundamentals — including schedule development, budget tracking, and status reporting — under the guidance of experienced program and project managers. The intern will gain hands-on experience with the tools and processes Westwood uses to monitor project health, coordinate resources across teams, and communicate progress to clients and internal leadership.
