• Monitor asset utilization and operational data across Industrial Estates
• Maintain asset performance records and related documentation
• Track operational expenses and compare with approved budgets
• Prepare cost monitoring and variance analysis reports
• Maintain contract database for Right of Way (ROW) and infrastructure assets
• Monitor contract expiration dates and coordinate renewal processes
• Consolidate KPI data and support performance reporting
