Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to utility operational work, to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company’s policies & compliance with relevant governance. Prepare and utilize chemical substances according to instructions and labeling to ensure sufficient materials/ substances are provided for water and wastewater treatment in a timely manner.
Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions and procedures to ensure achievement in terms of the production quantity and quality as determined with the lowest impact on the environment.
Inspect machinery and equipment on a regular basis to ensure assets are ready-to-use and broken machines/equipment are fixed or discharged in a timely manner.
Collect and test water and sewage samples in order to ensure the quality is met the company's standards and is in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
Record control value and daily activities in the log book, and report any abnormality that occurred within assigned areas to a superior level to ensure all abnormalities will be examined and resolved, if needed.
Consolidate and create reports on water consumption and wastewater generation of clients to ensure related departments have sufficient information to proceed with billing collection.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for maintenance activities such as autonomous maintenance suggestions, repair requests, etc. according to work instructions/ procedures to ensure broken machines/equipment will be examined and fixed in a timely manner.
Assist senior members in coordinating with clients such as requesting permission for piping system connection, notification of nonconformity sewage drainage, etc. to ensure efficient communication and collaboration between WHA and clients. 2. Quality, health, safety, and environment
Observe overall activities in assigned areas to ensure SHEQ standards are met, and staff strictly complies with SHEQ policies and regulations.
Clean and maintain equipment, as well as tanks, filters, workspace, etc. in order to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas.
