    Polsinelli has a position available for an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in the Los Angeles office, supporting the Capital Markets/Commercial Lending, Healthcare, Real Estate/Finance, and Tax practice groups.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage files, open new matters as requested by attorneys, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
    • Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm, with emphasis on transactional. Experience in capital markets/commercial lending, healthcare, real estate/finance, and/or tax is preferred.
    • Experience with e-filing.
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated active approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to develop rapport with coworkers as well as clients.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
    • Strong proofreading and typing skills.

      The budgeted salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000.
