26-27 SFS Graduate Forms Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented graduate student to manage our requirements processing. This position involves the following tasks:

• Reviewing financial aid forms submitted by students and parents and determining if they have been completed accurately
• Interacting with students and parents to inform them of missing, incomplete or inaccurate documents
• Imaging completed documents into imaging system
• Answering emails and phone calls with questions from parents and students related to requirements

The position requires at least 12, and up to 20, hours per week and pays $16 per hour. The student must have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and be eligible for federal student aid.
