Primary Job Duties:

AM Duties:

1. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
2. Ascertain guests' dining and lodging needs to ensure a tailored experience.
3. Seat guests according to the seating chart, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining flow.
4. Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating availability and dining flow.
5. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
6. Perform opening duties, including preparing the restaurant for service and ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
7. Assist with closing duties as needed, ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next day’s operations.
8. Help fellow team members with side work, including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, and other tasks as required.
9. Collaborate with other departments to maintain positive working relationships and enhance overall guest experience.

PM Duties:

1. Continue to greet guests and manage seating arrangements throughout the dinner service.
2. Maintain awareness of dining room activity and communicate effectively with the service staff to ensure efficient seating and service.
3. Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
4. Assist with the preparation of the restaurant for evening service, including setting up tables and ensuring the ambiance is welcoming.
5. Support the team with any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.
