We are seeking a highly capable and insightful Strategic Analyst to strengthen enterprise strategic alignment, improve decision-making and support Council’s integrated planning and strategic document architecture.
The role:
The Strategic Analyst plays a pivotal role in analysing Council’s strategies, plans, policies, projects, risks, resources and performance as a connected system. You will convert complex organisational information into clear strategic insights, options and advice for senior leaders and decision-makers.
This role supports the development of Council’s enterprise strategic analysis and decision-support capability, while also leading the stewardship of Council’s strategic framework and document architecture. You will help ensure that strategic commitments are coherent, realistic, prioritised, financially informed, risk-aware and capable of implementation.
About you:
You are an experienced strategic thinker with advanced analytical capability, sound judgement and the ability to influence across organisational boundaries. You bring a strong understanding of integrated planning, policy governance, document architecture and enterprise decision support.
