We're hiring a sales rep to own services & industrial sellers across Colombia / LATAM — trade, field service, logistics, franchises, and real-economy operators who need payments + commerce that works in-market.
We're looking for one of these profiles:
Founder who has made 7 figures, OR
President's Club winner / founding AE who has been selling for 2–8 years, OR
Worked a hardcore role with demanding hours (Investment Banking, MBB consulting, or any rigorous work that was 10–12+ hours/day) plus founder experience 1–8 years
If you're not one of these, this isn't your role.
Fluent Spanish required (written and verbal), with strong English. Niche fluency with owner-operated / family businesses in-market — on top of the bar, not instead of it.
Our culture is built on the premise that people should be given budget to take large bets, have full agency, and move fast as f*ck. Today there are 100 people full time at Whop — 75% ex-founders.

Given the small size of our team, we pay best in class with extremely competitive equity packages. Top performers on this team make $800k+.
