    Senior Production Controller (f/m/d)

    Your Tasks

    • Perform monthly analysis of production figures and key manufacturing performance indicators.
    • Analyze production cost deviations and identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
    • Monitor and evaluate capacity utilization, including the impact of idle capacity on production costs.
    • Develop and maintain production controlling guidelines, standards, and best practices.
    • Lead the implementation and rollout of production controlling processes across local entities.
    • Ensure consistent application of production costing methodologies and reporting standards.
    • Collaborate with finance, operations, and local management teams to improve production performance and cost transparency.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, costing, and operational efficiency.

    Your Profile

    • Approximately 5-10 years of experience in production controlling, manufacturing finance, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA production processes.
    • Solid understanding of production costing and manufacturing accounting principles.
    • Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
    • Proven ability to design, standardize, and roll out processes across multiple locations or legal entities.
    • Strong understanding of production cost variances, capacity utilization, and the financial impact of idle capacity.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Experience working in an international manufacturing organization.
    • Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
    • Ability to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 4.053,86 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
