    As Our Light/Medium Technician, You'll:

    • Diagnosing and repairing light to medium duty vehicles
    • Apply your technical expertise to solve challenging problems
    • Work with cutting-edge tools and equipment
    • Collaborate with a team that respects your knowledge and skills
    • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and light/medium repairs.
    • Develop lasting and positive relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction

    Responsibilities and Skills:

    • Diagnose, evaluate, and repair light to medium duty commercial vehicles
    • Work with scheduled work assignments
    • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and light repairs
    • Develop lasting and positive relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction
    • Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols
    • Document work performed and communicated with service team

    Must Haves:

    • CAN DO attitude and willingness to learn
    • Team player mentality
    • Self-starter with attention to detail
    • Strong level of professionalism and integrity
    • Availability for 2nd shift

    Compensation:

    • $25-$35 hourly (experience based)
    • Variable Compensation Bonus Opportunity monthly

    Qualifications:

    Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
    • 2 years of previous Light/Medium Duty Technician experience
