AGM / DGM Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, calendar yearly, and India financial year.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.

Manage cost control, cost accounting, and ensure compliance with cost audit requirements.

Variation analysis

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Oversee the budgeting process, working with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Develop financial forecasts and models to assess the impact of business decisions and changing market conditions.

Internal Controls & Financial Systems:

Ensure robust internal financial controls, processes, and procedures to protect company assets.

Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems to improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and develop the finance team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.

Align team objectives with the broader finance department and organizational goals.

Strategic Financial Support:

Work closely with the CFO to develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, including capital allocation and investment

opportunities.

Provide financial insights to support mergers, acquisitions, and other key business initiatives.

Audits:

Supervision of audits

Validation of audit reports

Cost audits
