Manager

Manager - SCM & Procurement will be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities to ensure

timely availability of materials for production at optimum cost, quality, and delivery performance. The role will support in supplier

management, strategic sourcing, purchase order management, vendor development, inventory control, cost optimization, and

procurement compliance.

The candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to direct material procurement,

supplier negotiations, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Quality,

and Finance teams

The candidate must possess hands-on experience in managing subcontracting/job work operations, including identification and

development of job work vendors, outsourcing of manufacturing processes, capacity augmentation, commercial negotiations,

material movement control, and monitoring of quality and delivery performance of outsourced suppliers.
