Warehouse Associate

Materials Planning & Inventory Management

Review production schedules, work orders, requisitions, and customer orders to determine material requirements

Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems

Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts or physical inventories

Weigh or count materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

Material Handling & Transportation

Pick, stage, and deliver parts, tools, and supplies to production, stocking, or shipping locations

Transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, tugs, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently

Remove and return empty containers, excess materials, and returned items from production areas

Storage, Stocking & Point-of-Use Support

Sort, store, and sequence materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to established standards

Stock and replenish materials at point-of-use locations to support continuous production

Receiving, Identification & Documentation

Open containers, label materials, and mark items with required identifying information

Compile and complete required documentation, worksheets, or tickets per specifications

Workplace Organization & General Support

Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
