    Job description

    WAGE RANGE: $18.00-$24.00

    OPEN UNTIL FILLED:1ST CLOSING DATE: OCOTBER 2, 2026

    JOB SUMMARY:

    This position will perform a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions within the Finance department. This position will have a great opportunity to learn other duties within Finance. Duties may include rotation in purchasing, accounts receivable/payable, time and attendance, payroll, shipping and receiving/inventory, or revenue audit.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly Promote these standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
    2. Participate in physical inventory counts for various departments.
    3. Provide accounting and clerical support to the finance office.
    4. Type accurately and prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
    5. Coordinate with Management/BOT to obtain any necessary signatures on accounts payable checks and then mail checks to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
    6. Document incoming check payments, issue payment receipts, and make deposits to the vault timely.
    7. Maintain a detailed record of all promotional prizes awarded throughout the year for 1099 tracking.
    8. Distribute accounting information appropriately – assisting guests with correct form use, timeframes, process, contact person etc.
    9. Perform assigned duties promptly, efficiently, accurately, and professionally in compliance with company standards, gaming regulations, and generally accepted accounting practices.
    10. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes etc.
    11. Functions will require long periods of computer use; calculator; writing and filing and repetitive use of hands, wrists and fingers.
    12. Handle inquiries promptly and efficiently, deferring disputes or conflicts to the Supervisor.
    13. Promote a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly report concerns to supervisor.
    14. Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools, and materials is handled safely.
    15. Perform other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:

    1. None

    SIGNATORY ABILITY:

    1. None.

    ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:

    1. Financial department
    2. Accounting

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. One (1) year of accounting, OR bookkeeping, OR banking experience.
    2. Demonstrate computer skills with Word, spreadsheets, and database systems.
    3. Operate and maintain office equipment (10-key, copiers, printers, scanners, etc.)
    4. High school diploma or GED or ten (10) years of experience.
    5. Organized, dependable, demonstrate basic business math skills, and have good filing skills.
    6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including communicating effectively, orally and in writing, through concise reports, memoranda, e-mails, and letters. Must possess and demonstrate good writing skills, spelling, proofing grammar, and punctuation skills.
    7. Follow detailed verbal and written instructions and carry out assigned duties/projects in an efficient and timely manner with minimal supervision.
    8. Work/stand/sit for long periods at work/computer station; perform the repetitive motion of arms, wrists, and fingers; and at times, move throughout a noisy environment, and participate in physical inventory counts.
    9. Exhibit a professional demeanor through appearance by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
    10. Practice strict confidentiality always.
    11. Possess a valid driver’s license, with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest conviction(s) within the last five (5) years in any state per WRC insurance requirements, and reliable transportation.
    12. Customer service experience.
    13. Lift up to 50 pounds.
    14. Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
    15. Must be at least 21 years of age.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Associate degree in accounting.
    2. Experience with accounting software.
