We are looking for a Sales Support, responsible for providing support to the sales team with preparation of presentations, business reviews, deal proposals, customer analysis and other relevant tasks. The role is also responsible for managing customers, vessels and contracts data - coordinate and organize sales meetings and customer events. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing various support to Area Sales.
Who you will work with:
The position reports to the Senior Sales Support and collaborates with and supports Sales resources. The position also collaborates with Marketing team, Customer Services, Credit, CS Operations, Asset Management team, Pricing and Governance team, Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering, updating and maintaining master data related to new / existing customers and vessels in cooperation with Asset Management team where applicable.
Coordinating OFAC screening and credit checks on new/existing customers also in relation to signing/renewing contracts in cooperation with Credit and Compliance team.
Assisting Key Account Managers and Head of Sales with contract management, in accordance and collaboration with Pricing and Governance Team.
Providing sales and customer analysis, preparing business reviews and customer presentations.
Monitoring and driving improvement of customer data accuracy and completeness.
Facilitating successful implementation of sales processes and CRM usage in cooperation with Sales Operations team.
Coordinating the implementation of sales initiatives & campaigns.
Facilitating local sales meetings and customer events planning in partnership with the Marketing team.
Coordinating Sales communications / customer letters.
Handling supplier forms/customer portals registration in cooperation with Sales team, HR, Credit, LCS, QHSSE.
What you need to be successful in this role:
Studies preferably within maritime, sales, marketing or other relevant areas.
Min 2 years administrative working experience.
Proven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written).
Administrative skills.
Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
Computer literate and good command of MS Office, CRM systems, Excel etc.
Proactive, takes responsibility and delivers results.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Highly structured.
Results oriented.
