Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong payroll experience and a passion for delivering exceptional employee support? We are looking for a People Operations & Payroll Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll administration while supporting key HR operations across the employee lifecycle.  
What you will be doing:
-   Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and payroll-related transactions.
- Maintain employee records and data integrity within the HRIS.
- Support onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide first-line support for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and HR administration matters.
- Manage People Operations tickets and service requests within established service levels.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, audits, and compliance-related documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth People Operations service delivery.   Who we are looking for:   3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, taxes, and government contributions.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and employee data management.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle employee inquiries professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
