Connections at Home via Willow Valley—supported by Willow Valley—has been the region’s premier Lifecare Community for more than 30 years. As part of our team, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping seniors live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes, providing peace of mind to those we serve and their families.
As a Caregiver, you’ll make a real difference each day by supporting clients in their homes. You will:
Arrive on time for each assignment and complete tasks outlined in the individualized plan of care
Provide assistance with daily living activities, including:
Communicate regularly with your supervisor regarding services provided and any changes or concerns in a client’s health
Use sound judgment and maintain strict client confidentiality
Positively represent Connections at Home in every interaction
Care is provided in private homes throughout Lancaster County and within Willow Valley Communities.
