Willow Valley Communities is located in Lancaster, PA Do you have�basic building maintenance skills/experience? That's what you will need to be part of our crew who maintains and services equipment and our top senior living facilities. Maintains building, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Previous experience and/or training and a current driver's license required.
Must be able to use a variety of tools to complete work orders and regular jobs that are assigned. Looking for a candidate who has a set of skills related to the Maintenance operation, i.e. - appliance repair and light carpentry; basic Electrical, Plumbing, basic trouble shooting & assessing problems and replacing minor parts on HVAC (major repairs are contracted out. Plumber and electrician licenses not required for this position).
Responsibilities also include setting up for special events. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Will be required to work rotating weekends, holidays and on call. Must be available to work during snow/bad weather events.
