What You'll Do

• This position partners closely with Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational excellence across the EMEA region for Wilson.
• This role is responsible for optimizing inventory levels, aligning demand and supply plans, supporting commercial growth initiatives, and ensuring efficient end-to-end execution of supply chain processes.
• The position serves as a key link between commercial, operational, and logistics functions, driving continuous improvement and enabling high service levels for customers.   Specific tasks include but are not limited to: Serve as an operational lead within the Supply Chain organization, driving day-to-day execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement across inventory management, demand planning, inbound logistics, and outbound operations.
• Manage inventory performance across designated product categories, ensuring optimal stock levels while balancing service, availability, and working capital objectives.
• Lead demand and supply planning activities for assigned categories, developing and maintaining accurate forecasts and replenishment strategies to support business objectives.
• Review sales orders, forecasts, and procurement plans, proactively identifying gaps and implementing adjustments to mitigate supply risks and maintain customer service levels.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for designated key accounts, ensuring effective order execution, issue resolution, and alignment between customer requirements and supply chain capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, customs, transportation, customer service, and global supply teams to coordinate inbound and outbound activities and ensure seamless product flow throughout the network.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to enhance operational workflows, improve customer experience, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across transportation, inbound logistics, routing processes, and inventory workflows to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance service performance.
• Support strategic supply chain projects, product launches, and business transformation initiatives while driving best practices and standardization across EMEA Supply Chain & Operations.
