Join our Tenancy Management Team as a Neighbourhood Officer for an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing innovative solutions to support improvements in our service to 5400 council tenants across Wiltshire.

As a Neighbourhood Officer you will manage a geographic patch of council tenancies, striving to deliver the best possible customer service to our tenants. We are committed to creating a workplace where positive relationships thrive and everyone feels engaged, supported and able to do their best. We do not tolerate discrimination, bullying or harassment. Everyone is expected to promote a culture of inclusion, dignity, trust and respect, guided by our vision and Our Identity.
