    Salary: £54,143-  £56,293 per annum 

    Hours per week: 37 hours

    Interview date: Week Commencing the 5th of October

    This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our Specialist Assessment, Intervention & Family Time (SAIFT) Team as Team Manager.

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader, holding a recognised Social Work qualification and relevant management experience, to shape and develop practice across this specialist service. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, child-centred services that improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

    The post holder will be responsible for the operational management and strategic development of the Specialist Assessment, Intervention & Family Time Team, providing leadership, direction and oversight across a range of functions. These include the Family Time Service, Care Proceedings Caseworkers, FDAC (Family Drug and Alcohol Court) provision, specialist assessment work and other associated intervention services.

    As Team Manager, you will hold responsibility for the effective running of the service, ensuring performance, quality assurance, workforce development and service delivery are aligned to statutory requirements, best practice and Wiltshire Council's values and ambitions for children and families.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families, developing others, and leading innovative services that make a real difference.

    This position comes with a 5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.

    Qualifications

    Social Work Qualification and relevant management experience.
