Sales Associate (Holland or Ada, MI)

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, beauty, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.

As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a trusted style resource for our clients, helping them discover products they love while building meaningful, long-term relationships. You'll play an important role in bringing the Vulpine experience to life through personalized service, product expertise, and attention to detail.

Store Hours:
Open 7 days a week

Monday through Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Thursday through Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Welcome every customer with warmth, authenticity, and exceptional service
• Build genuine relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits
• Provide personalized styling guidance and thoughtful product recommendations
• Become knowledgeable across our apparel, beauty, and lifestyle collections
• Drive sales through relationship building, product expertise, and an elevated client experience
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain beautiful visual merchandising displays and store presentation
• Assist with inventory replenishment and organization
• Support in-store events, brand activations, and community experiences
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous retail, hospitality, beauty, or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
