We’re hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to support lead generation and community outreach in Denver, CO, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach.
- Introduce homeowners to Window Nation’s window and door solutions.
- Use proven talking points and presentations provided during paid training.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Answer homeowner questions professionally and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent the Window Nation brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.
- Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales.
- Experience engaging customers or prospects in face-to-face environments.
- Confidence starting conversations and building rapport with homeowners.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve performance targets.
