Window Nation is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Technician to support our Sarasota operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, managing inventory, staging materials for installation projects, and ensuring our crews have the products and supplies they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, logistics, construction materials, home improvement, or distribution center environments.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse operation.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming inventory.
- Stage windows, doors, materials, and special-order products for upcoming installation projects.
- Review manifests and prepare materials for installation crews and delivery teams.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling of products.
- Perform inventory counts, monthly audits, and inventory control activities.
- Report inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
- Support installers, technicians, and operations teams with material needs.
- Help ensure every project is properly prepared before installation day.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of work experience in a warehouse environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience reviewing manifests
- Experience working in a CRM system (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience performing simple maintenance on home improvement-related projects
- Previous customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software programs and perform basic inventory entry
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move 75+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform manual labor throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
