This position is located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. We are right in the middle of the action! Our hotel is perfectly situated next to the Las Vegas Convention Center and just three miles from Harry Reid International Airport. With the monorail just steps away and world-class entertainment, dining, and shopping minutes from our door, you will be working in the heart of all that Las Vegas has to offer.

Every Sales and Catering Manager on our team is only as effective as the support behind them — and that's you. As our Sales Coordinator, you're the person who keeps the office running: contracts moving, leads logged, BEOs distributed, supplies stocked, phones answered, and clients responded to professionally and on time. You may also get to dip into light sales work — quoting small groups, assisting with site tours — so this role is a genuine launching pad for a hotel sales career. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Catering team: correspondence, contracts, BEOs, reports, forms, and more.
• Answer and qualify incoming inquiry calls; respond to all inquiries accurately, promptly, and professionally.
• Maintain Sales files, lead logs, and the Sales management system (Delphi / SalesPro).
• Distribute BEOs, rooming lists, signed contracts, and revisions to appropriate departments.
• Quote prices for small group inquiries; assist with groups under 10 rooms or meetings under 10 people.
• Track guarantee numbers and contact clients 72 hours prior to functions.
• Monitor and order office supplies, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate in-house amenities, welcome letters, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
• Interface daily with kitchen and banquet departments; may assist with site tours and sales blitzes.

SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU BRING

• Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills; able to multi-task and switch priorities quickly without losing accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communicator with excellent telephone skills.
• Warm, attentive, service-oriented approach to client and associate interactions.
• Sound judgment; able to evaluate options and act decisively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel sales systems (Delphi, SalesPro) a plus.
• Previous administrative or hotel experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is fulltime, with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, may be required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
