Customer Success Manager
We're looking for a proactive, enthusiastic person to join our Customer Success team who puts customer happiness first!
The role
You'll work alongside the Salesperson to onboard new customers and drive adoption of their chosen products and services. You'll host regular service reviews, track success metrics, and spot opportunities to cross/upsell where it solves a customer challenge. This role will build your Client Relationship skills from the ground up, with regular training and a clear development path.
Experience in IoT or a similar industry is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll get you up to speed with a structured induction.
